Perennial Holdings launches Healthcare City in Chongqing, China

Its first phase involves a total investment of approximately $212.8m (RMB1.5b).

Perennial Holdings Private Limited has launched Perennial Healthcare City, Chongqing, located next to the Chongqing East High-Speed Railway Station.

The project’s first phase involves a total investment of approximately $212.8m (RMB1.5b) and will cover about 140,000 square metres.

It will include a 500-bed Perennial General Hospital, a tertiary general hospital, and several specialist hospitals. Completion of this phase is expected to take place progressively from 2028.

Meanwhile, subsequent phases are expected to comprise elder care, serviced residences, hospitality and commercial components
