Perennial Holdings, Ruijin Hospital to build international medical platform

Perennial Holdings Private Limited and Ruijin Hospital have signed a strategic collaboration agreement to develop an international medical services ecosystem.

The partnership will focus on developing Perennial Hospital Shanghai into a leading international medical institution.

In addition, both parties will explore international diagnosis and treatment models, licensed drugs and medical devices, and cell therapy innovations at Ruijin Hospital’s Hainan branch.

The agreement also includes plans to establish a platform to attract foreign patients seeking treatment in China and a talent training and exchange programme.

The agreement was signed by Pua Seck Guan, Executive Chairman and CEO of Perennial Holdings and COO and Executive Director of Wilmar International, and Qiu Liping, Vice President of Ruijin Hospital.
