Singapore to raise 37,000 public healthcare workers’ salaries by mid-2025

This follows the last salary adjustment in 2021.

By mid-2025, 37,000 allied health professionals, pharmacists, and administrative, ancillary, and support staff in the public healthcare sector will receive salary increases.

According to Singapore’s Health Ministry, this follows the last salary adjustment in 2021 and aims to improve staff retention and attraction.

In addition, 26,000 public healthcare nurses will see salary adjustments to align with market trends.

The adjustments will be smaller, building on the ‘Award for Nurses' Grace, Excellence and Loyalty (ANGEL)’ scheme introduced last year to support long-term nursing careers.
