Raffles Hospital and AIA Singapore ink MoU to boost healthcare access

Over 90 specialists from the hospital will be added to the AIA Quality Healthcare Partners panel.

Raffles Hospital and AIA Singapore have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance access to healthcare services.

The collaboration will add over 90 specialists from the hospital to the AIA Quality Healthcare Partners panel, expanding the network to nearly 700 specialists for AIA HealthShield Gold Max customers.

Meanwhile, both parties will share quality indicators and patient outcomes to work towards a value-based healthcare approach.

Moreover, the partners will jointly manage hospitalisation bills for AIA policyholders to ensure alignment with the Ministry of Health’s fee benchmarks.

The MoU was signed by Irma Hadikusuma, Chief Marketing and Healthcare Officer of AIA Singapore, and Kenneth Wu, COO of Singapore Healthcare at Raffles Medical Group.
