SGH and Philips to set up MRI training centre in Singapore
The centre is open to public and private hospitals in Singapore and APAC.
Singapore General Hospital (SGH) and health tech firm Royal Philips have partnered to establish a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) training centre in the region.
As part of the collaboration, two SGH MRI radiographers will undergo Philips’ Clinical Application Training through a “Train-the-Trainer” approach, enabling them to lead educational sessions and share their expertise with peers.
An MRI training centre will also be set up as an educational hub for radiographers across the Asia Pacific, offering workshops, seminars, and training on the latest MRI clinical applications.
