Mount Alvernia Hospital boosts digitalisation efforts
The hospital has 12 pre-existing applications for staff and visitors.
Singapore's Mount Alvernia Hospital signed a deal with US-based development platform OutSystems for the improvement of the hospital’s in-house digitisation efforts.
Mount Alvernia Hospital has 12 pre-existing applications for first-rate user experiences for its staff and visitors to support the delivery of a "more holistic healthcare system."
Some of its applications include the Staff Health System, Doctors Directory, Medical Records Tracking, and Electronic Meal Ordering. Several of them have been beneficial during the pandemic.
Currently, Mount Alvernia Hospital has been developing its Connect Application, which helps to engage both doctors and patients in an automatic process, from paperwork to insurance claims. The programme is expected to be in use in Q1 2024.
