The two initiatives aim to improve operations and clinical decisions.
KL International Hospital Sdn Bhd (KLIH) and Royal Philips signed a partnership to develop a smart hospital and clinical command centre.
“Together, we will advance our smart hospital initiatives that optimise efficiencies, empower clinicians, and enable personalised and accessible care for every patient,” said Dr. Colin Lee, managing director of KLIH, in a release.
For the smart hospital, KLIH and Philips will develop a roadmap that will enhance clinical operational efficiency, the release added.
The two firms also plan to explore a command centre that will use real-time patient data, predictive analytics, and workflow optimisation for informed clinical decision-making.
KLIH is a private tertiary hospital located within KL Wellness City, a 26.5-acre wellness and healthcare development in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Philips develops diagnostic imaging, ultrasound, image-guided therapy, monitoring and enterprise informatics, and personal health technologies.
