OUE Healthcare launches private sleep laboratory

The lab offers comprehensive sleep medicine services.

OUE Healthcare Limited (OUEH) has launched O2 SleepWell Laboratory (SleepWell Lab), Singapore’s first private sleep lab, through its subsidiary O2 Healthcare Group.

The lab, run by O2 SleepWell Pte. Ltd., offers comprehensive sleep medicine services, including screening, diagnosis, treatment initiation, and long-term management of sleep disorders such as sleep apnea.

All services use Health Sciences Authority-approved equipment.

O2SW also signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with HSBC Life (Singapore) Pte Ltd to provide sleep diagnostic and therapeutic services to insurance customers, improving access to care.

OUEH Chairman Lee Yi Shyan said many Singaporeans are chronically sleep-deprived, and sleep is a key part of overall health.

He noted that the Ministry of Health has stressed the importance of evidence-based sleep assessment and management to ensure patients receive appropriate care. “O2 SleepWell Laboratory was established with this clear purpose — to support Singapore’s preventive health agenda.”
