New breast screening clinic opens in Hobart, Tasmania
It is the third permanent clinic in the state.
The Australian government in Tasmania has announced the opening of a breast screening clinic on Hobart’s Eastern Shore.
The new BreastScreen Tasmania Clinic, the third permanent facility in the state, will expand access to breast cancer detection services in Southern Tasmania.
It will also increase the availability of BreastScreen Tasmania’s Mobile Screening Units, enabling visits to more rural and regional locations throughout the year.
