Tan Tock Seng Hospital and health-tech company, BUZUD, have partnered to develop an AI-powered mobile application to assist diabetic patients in managing their daily insulin doses.
The app, named CARB-CGM will provide real-time tracking of carbohydrate intake and glucose levels.
It features an image recognition function that allows patients to upload photos of their meals for carbohydrate calculation, along with a continuous glucose monitoring system that uses a sensor attached to the body.
