The National Heart Centre Singapore and the Mayo Clinic have signed a memorandum of understanding to accelerate cardiovascular innovation and research.
The collaboration will focus on high-priority areas, including cardio-oncology, the development of innovative healthcare solutions for heart care, and ageing and frailty.
Both organisations plan to develop shared intellectual property, clinical protocols, and guidelines designed for Western and Asian populations.
The partnership also includes training and educational initiatives to support healthcare professionals and enhance clinical outcomes in cardiology.
