Singapore, Vietnam ink MoU to advance metrology collaboration in healthcare

It will focus on knowledge exchange, joint research, and regional quality infrastructure.

Singapore’s Health Sciences Authority (HSA) and the Vietnam Metrology Institute (VMI) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation in metrology and healthcare.

As part of the agreement, VMI will participate in the 'Asia Pacific Metrology Programme’s public health initiative, which aims to improve clinical outcomes for non-communicable diseases in Vietnam.

The MoU also facilitates knowledge exchange, joint research, and the development of regional quality infrastructure.

The agreement was formalised by HSA CEO Adjunct Associate Professor Raymond Chua and VMI Director Dr Ngo Thi Ngoc Ha.
