IHH Healthcare outlines sustainability roadmap to 2030 in strategy shift

For patients, the group aims to meet international benchmarks in clinical quality.

IHH Healthcare has outlined a roadmap to 2030, placing sustainability at the centre of its long-term strategy, according to a press release.

The group’s agenda is anchored on four pillars—clinical excellence, patient experience, people development, and environmental stewardship.

For patients, the group aims to meet international benchmarks in clinical quality whilst improving billing transparency and raising Net Promoter Scores (NPS) year-on-year.

On the people front, IHH plans to maintain gender parity in leadership, keep employee engagement levels above global benchmarks, and reduce workplace injuries annually.

Its public commitments include achieving full compliance with antimicrobial stewardship protocols and continuing to provide free or subsidised cancer treatments.

In line with the Science Based Targets Initiative, IHH aims to cut Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42% from its 2025 baseline by 2030, whilst engaging 70% of its suppliers by spend to adopt emissions reporting and reduction targets.
