Family office Black Spade Capital invests in My Platform

This is Lawrence Ho’s first move in the medical IT space.

Hong Kong-based Black Spade Capital, a family office overseeing Lawrence Ho’s private investments, has invested and held shares in the medical IT service provider, My Platform, a press release revealed.

My Platform was launched as a startup in Hong Kong in 2016 and has been rendering medical management systems ever since. Users can use the service to analyse different workflows—from outpatient consultations to insurance claims.

My Platform is one of the participating service providers under the D-Biz Programme launched by the Hong Kong government, currently being used by reputed medical centres like Virtus Medical and iRAD. Black Spade’s investment will further strengthen and enhance the brand value of My Platform, the press release added.
