IHH Healthcare taps Infosys for AI-driven ERP overhaul across Asia
The programme will unify core systems in Singapore, Malaysia and, Hong Kong.
IHH Healthcare will roll out an AI-powered enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation programme across its operations in Asia under a multi-year collaboration with IT company Infosys.
The Malaysia-based healthcare provider said the programme will standardise and harmonise business processes across its markets, beginning with Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Infosys will help consolidate IHH's existing ERP systems by integrating functions including finance, procurement, supply chain, human capital management, and enterprise performance management into a unified platform.
According to the companies, the programme is intended to provide greater real-time visibility across operations and support decision-making through a centralised digital enterprise system.
The transformation will be powered by Infosys Topaz, the company's artificial intelligence offering that uses generative and agentic AI technologies, which will be embedded into IHH's core business workflows as part of the programme.
IHH said the initiative is aimed at streamlining operations across its markets, improving scalability, optimising costs, and strengthening regulatory compliance.
Dilip Kadambi, group chief financial officer of IHH Healthcare, said the programme forms part of the group's efforts to optimise and future-proof operations across its markets.
Infosys executive vice president and global head of healthcare Venky Ananth said the collaboration will consolidate fragmented systems into a cloud-based platform designed to support cross-market operations and enterprise-wide adoption.
