Premier Life Center of Phyathai 2 Hospital wins Health and Wellness Initiative of the Year - Thailand

International patient services at Premier Life Center earned Health and Wellness Initiative of the Year - Thailand at the Healthcare Asia Awards 2026 for operating through a centralised coordination model that manages the full treatment pathway.

The hospital developed the Single Gateway international patient system to organise marketing, medical evaluation, and operational coordination through clearly defined workflows.

This system manages case intake, medical review, treatment planning, cost estimation, and travel coordination before patients arrive in Thailand. Clinical teams review medical records and determine preliminary treatment plans, whilst operational teams coordinate travel support and appointment scheduling. These functions operate within a single process structure that connects departments responsible for patient communication, medical planning, and operational logistics.

During treatment, the International Patient Experience Center supports patient registration, interpreter coordination, and hospital navigation. Dedicated coordinators assist patients across departments and maintain communication with clinical teams throughout the treatment period. The system also includes discharge coordination, follow-up monitoring, and communication with patients after they return to their home countries.

Alongside hospital-based services, Premier Life Center of Phyathai 2 Hospital develops preventive health programmes focused on long-term health monitoring. One initiative introduced genomic analysis alongside clinical and lifestyle evaluation to guide personalised preventive care strategies.

Through this integrated genomic and preventive care model, Premier Life Center establishes a new benchmark for precision wellness and longevity-focused healthcare in Asia.
