Bethsaida Healthcare wins Clinical Ecosystem of the Year - Indonesia at Healthcare Asia Awards 2026

It strengthened coordinated care delivery through specialised Centres of Excellence and technology integration.

Bethsaida Healthcare, the healthcare division of PT. Paramount Enterprise International (Paramount Enterprise), won the Clinical Ecosystem of the Year - Indonesia at the Healthcare Asia Awards 2026 for its integrated healthcare network linking hospitals, medical centers, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacy units across Indonesia. Paramount Enterprise is a township development company focused on building integrated living ecosystems where residential areas are supported by essential public facilities such as hotels, hospitals, clinics, medical centres, and golf courses, creating a comprehensive environment designed to enhance quality of life.

The recognition cited the group’s structured referral system, multidisciplinary clinical model, and investment in advanced medical technology that supports coordinated patient management across facilities. This integrated ecosystem also strengthens patient safety and patient experience by ensuring consistent clinical standards, seamless referrals, and more efficient care journeys, allowing patients to receive comprehensive, safer, and more patient-centred healthcare services throughout the Bethsaida Healthcare network.

The group operates Bethsaida Hospital Gading Serpong, Bethsaida Hospital Serang, Bethsaida Clinic Aniva, Bethsaida Clinic Paramount Petals and Seraphim Medical Center with over 350 beds and has served more than 60,000 patients in 2024. Its ecosystem connects primary consultations, diagnostics, specialist treatment, rehabilitation, and pharmacy services within one operational framework. Each facility functions within a shared clinical pathway system that aligns diagnostics, medical procedures, and follow-up care.

Specialised Centres of Excellence form the core of this structure, including the Heart & Vascular Center, Women’s Health Center, Digestive Center, Dental Center, Trauma & Orthopedic Center, Urology Center, Wellness Center, Beauty & Aesthetic Center, and Sport & Rehabilitation Center. Each centre integrates specialist teams, advanced medical equipment, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, and comprehensive treatment planning under defined clinical protocols. A Neuroscience Center is scheduled to launch in 2026 to expand services in neurology, stroke management, and advanced brain and spine care through comprehensive end-to-end services, from early diagnosis and advanced intervention to rehabilitation and long-term recovery management.

Technology investments support these services through the adoption of advanced medical equipment, including a CT Scan 512 Slice with AI, AI-integrated cath lab systems, ESWL technology, Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS), Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), Rotablator, advanced C-Arm units, mobile X-ray systems, and smart ambulances. For wellness and preventive care, the network also offers several state-of-the-art technologies, such as Cryochamber, Hyperbaric Chamber, Transcranial Pulse Stimulation, and Hydrocolon therapy. To further enhance diagnostic precision for complex cases, an upgrade to MRI 3 Tesla is planned for 2026.

Infrastructure upgrades also form an important part of Bethsaida Healthcare’s clinical ecosystem strategy. Renovations at Bethsaida Hospital Gading Serpong have improved patient flow, treatment room configuration, and operational capacity, whilst building expansions were also undertaken to enhance comfort and convenience for patients during their care journey. Over the next five years, Bethsaida Healthcare plans to further expand through additional hospital branches, new wings at existing hospitals, the development of a pharmacy chain, and the establishment of more Centers of Excellence across multiple regions in Indonesia to extend integrated and accessible clinical services.
