Radlink Philippines Corporation Clinches Specialty Clinic of the Year (Executive Health) – Philippines at Healthcare Asia Awards 2026
The centre was recognised for addressing long queues, crowded hospital environments, and limited personalised care.
Radlink Philippines Corporation has been named the Specialty Clinic of the Year (Executive Health) - Philippines at the Healthcare Asia Awards 2026, in recognition of its innovative approach in resolving long-standing issues in executive health screening – namely long queues, congested hospital environments and limited personalised patient care.
Launched in 2024 under Fullerton Health PH, Radlink’s executive health screening and advanced diagnostic imaging centre introduces a standalone, patient-centric model that separates executive care from traditional hospital workflows. This structure addresses the common challenges of high patient volume, extended waiting times and shared waiting areas that compromise privacy and patient comfort.
The centre operates strictly by appointment, with patients booking through the LiveFuller app and securing slots within 30 minutes. Screening sessions run at fixated intervals – 7:30 am, 10:30 am, and 1:30 pm – ensuring that each comprehensive screening is completed within two to three hours. These fixed time slots limit overlap between patients and reduce congestion within the facility.
To elevate the patient experience, Radlink introduced business-class private pods, replacing the typical shared lobby setup with dedicated personal spaces for consultation and rest. Each pod ensures privacy, comfort, and uninterrupted consultations. The standalone facility also reduces exposure to airborne infection risks commonly associated with high-traffic hospital areas.
Medical results are interpreted by lifestyle medicine doctors who integrate preventive health insights into the executive screening process. Post-screening consultations emphasise risk identification, lifestyle modification and structured follow-through beyond the initial visit.
In 2024, the eight-pod BGC facility served approximately 1,800 patients, earning consistent five-star Google reviews that cited staff professionalism, clarity of medical explanations, and centre’s overall organisation.
Radlink also secured partnerships with corporations, health maintenance organisations, and insurance providers to expand access to executive screening programmes outside hospital-based packages.
“This is a validation of our hard work and the innovation that we have introduced to the Philippines”, said Carmie De Leon, country general manager, Radlink Philippines Corporation.
