India’s Apollo Hospitals has launched a new 250-bed quaternary care hospital in Swargate, Pune, as part of a phased development plan to expand capacity to 400 beds in the region.

The hospital features modular operating theatres, over 100 critical care beds, and robotic surgical systems, including the Da Vinci Xi and Mako platforms.

It also houses neonatal and paediatric intensive care units with IoT-enabled monitoring and telemedicine integration.

The facility offers specialised services across cardiac sciences, oncology, organ transplants, orthopaedics, and maternal and child care.
