The Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Southwest Texas Regional Advisory Council (STRAC) to advance healthcare resilience and sustainability.

DoH and STRAC will collaborate across emergency medical services, pre-hospital operations, healthcare data systems, and public awareness initiatives.

Moreover, the partnership will facilitate knowledge exchange, stakeholder coordination, and innovation in critical healthcare decision-making.

The collaboration aims to develop integrated healthcare frameworks and enhance emergency, ensure high-quality care amidst crises, and strengthen emergency response mechanisms.
