Burjeel Holdings to deploy empathetic generative AI in new partnership

Burjeel Holdings has announced a strategic partnership with Hippocratic AI to deploy empathetic generative AI agents across its healthcare network in the UAE and Oman.

Hippocratic AI’s agents will be integrated into Burjeel’s hospitals, medical centres, and physiotherapy clinics, assisting with functions like appointment scheduling, patient education, health risk assessments, and follow-up communications.

The rollout will include multilingual agents capable of operating in Arabic and the Emirati dialect, as well as agents tailored for cultural alignment and local relevance.

Moreover, the technology will be implemented across several clinical specialties, including oncology, cardiology, neurology, and orthopaedics.
