Mount Elizabeth Hospital rolls out WebApp with AI, AR features

A new feature also allows easier navigation of its Orchard campus.

Mount Elizabeth Hospital has launched the LizWorld WebApp, integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and augmented reality (AR) features.

The platform’s AI feature allows patients to request in-room amenities, whilst its AR tools offer guidance on how to use them.

Meanwhile, patients can send messages of appreciation to their care teams, which will be displayed within the wards.

The hospital has introduced the ‘#LizFinder’ feature to assist outpatients and visitors in navigating its Orchard campus more easily.
