KTPH, YCH, Tzu-Chi Foundation ink MoU on enhanced patient support

Tzu-Chi volunteers will provide companionship and support to patients.

Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH), Yishun Community Hospital (YCH), and the Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore) have signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance patient support through volunteer services.

Through the agreement, Tzu-Chi volunteers will provide companionship and support to patients.

Volunteers will undergo training by nursing educators to equip them with the skills necessary to assist in patient recovery.
