Australia unveils virtual health service in Western and Far West NSW

The Australian government has unveiled a new free virtual healthcare service in Western and Far West New South Wales.

The service uses video conferencing technology to connect patients with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including doctors and nurses.

In addition, it provides care for urgent but non-life-threatening conditions, including respiratory symptoms, diarrhoea, and minor infections.
