Zuellig Pharma and MedAdvisor forms Singapore-based joint venture

It will provide SMS-based digital adherence programs in Malaysia and the Philippines.

Healthcare service provider Zuellig Pharma (ZPM) and Australian digital medication management firm MedAdvisor have formed a Singapore-based 50:50 joint venture company that will commercialise the latter’s medication management platform in Asia, an announcement revealed.

The JV company, ZP MedAdvisor Pte. Ltd. (ZPM) will initially provide SMS-based digital adherence programs in Malaysia and the Philippines.

ZPM also signed a software license agreement for its medication management solutions on an exclusive basis for eight key Asian markets, which will provide localised versions of its global platform for pharmaceutical manufacturers to fund medication adherence-related programs.
