St. Joseph Drug enters Metro Manila market
Northern Luzon chain operates nearly 130 outlets nationwide.
AC Health opened a St. Joseph Drug outlet inside Healthway FEU-NRMF Medical Center in Quezon City, marking the Northern Luzon pharmacy chain’s first location in Metro Manila, according to a press release.
The new branch introduces St. Joseph Drug’s first outpatient store format, embedding the pharmacy within a hospital setting. The outlet is located at Healthway FEU-NRMF Medical Center, the only Level 3 hospital in Quezon City District 3, the company said.
St. Joseph Drug operates nearly 130 stores nationwide and has a 67-year operating history as a retail pharmacy chain. The Manila opening extends the company’s footprint beyond its core Northern Luzon market for the first time.
AC Health, established in 2015, operates healthcare providers and pharmaceutical businesses, including Healthway Medical Network, Generika Drugstore, IE Medica, MedEthix and St. Joseph Drug.
