Singapore’s MOH, HDB launch pilot tender for GP clinics at Bartley Beacon

The joint tender will close on 29 May.

Singapore's Ministry of Health (MOH) and Housing & Development Board (HDB) have jointly piloted a new Price-Quality Method (PQM) tender approach to evaluate both price and quality factors when renting out HDB shops to general practitioner clinics.

The joint tender, located at Bartley Beacon, will close on 29 May.

Under the pilot, the quality of the tender proposal will account for 70% of the scoring criteria, whilst the tender price will account for the remaining 30%. HDB will evaluate the tender price.

Meanwhile, the MOH will assess the proposals’ quality, including the following areas: care models, manpower quality, and operational plans.
