Sengkang General Hospital unveils eLOBBY self-service facility

Patients can access assistance through the hospital’s “Ask Sarah” chatbot.

Sengkang General Hospital (SKH) has unveiled a new ‘eLOBBY’ at its Business Office to streamline billing and administrative services.

The lobby provides iPads where patients can pay hospital bills, submit medical claim authorisation forms, request ward changes during inpatient stays, and book appointments.

Patients can also access assistance through the hospital’s “Ask Sarah” chatbot.

Meanwhile, the facility features a self-service station that allows patients to obtain queue numbers during operating hours or to pay their outpatient bills instantly.

The station’s service excludes the SNEC Eye Clinic @ SKH, NCCS Oncology @ SKH, and NHCS Cardiology @ SKH.
