Narayana Health unveils ‘mentor-mentee’ training for young doctors

The programme will last for six months.

Narayana Health has announced that Kolkata’s Narayana RN Tagore Hospital, in partnership with the Confederation of Indian Industry’s Indian Women Network, has launched the Mentor-Mentee Connect Programme.

The six-month initiative will provide structured soft skills training for early-career doctors.

“As India rises to become the third-largest economy, the healthcare sector must evolve beyond clinical excellence,” the group said.
