Policyholders can access English and Vietnamese consultations through mobile phones.
Digital healthcare platform MyDoc is expanding its B2B online-to-offline ecosystem to Vietnam through a partnership with insurance firm BaoViet, according to a press release.
BaoViet is the industry leader in Vietnam with a 40% market share and is the first to offer a cashless digitally-integrated clinic service to its policyholders.

Doctors from local clinical partner DHA and a major multichain pharmacy are also included in this venture, and policyholders can avail of free English and Vietnamese consultations and prescriptions through their mobile phones.
MyDoc is also planning on expanding its operations in Hong Kong, Thailand, the Philippines, and India where it has been running virtual and in-person clinics for employees at the head offices of its Temasek-backed investor UST Global.
