KPJ Healthcare to use AI-powered platform for medical history taking

Malaysia’s KPJ Healthcare Berhad, through a memorandum of understanding with Angsana Health Sdn. Bhd. will introduce Melati, an AI-powered medical history-taking platform.

The group said the platform is designed to streamline consultations, reduce patient waiting times, and improve diagnostic accuracy.

"Through the KPJ Health System, we are embedding AI into our hospitals under the Year of AInnovation to create a smarter, more efficient and patient-centric healthcare system,” said Chin Keat Chyuan, President & Managing Director of KPJ Healthcare.
