These include hospital information systems, electronic medical records, billing platforms, and the MySiloam digital app.

The group has also deployed an auto-summarisation system that generates structured notes from clinical interactions for doctors.

They have also implemented artificial intelligence for inventory management to automate data capture in inventory processes.
