India’s NHA and MUHS ink MoU to advance digital health education

The partnership delivers a course for digital health fundamentals across different platforms.

The National Health Authority (NHA) and Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance digital health education across India.

Through the partnership, MUHS will offer its digital health foundation course (DHFC) to NHA and collaborate on the development of additional programmes.

The course will be available to medical students, in-service doctors, and healthcare professionals through different platforms, including Mission Karmayogi’s iGOT platform, to offer opportunities for certification and continuous medical education credits.

In a statement, the collaboration aims to support the rollout of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), a government-led initiative to develop an interoperable digital health ecosystem across the country.
