India’s Bangalore Hospitals launches new centre for Stroke

It features in-house diagnostic facilities including a Cath lab, 160-slice CT, and 1.5T MRI.

India’s Bangalore Hospitals Kengeri and Jayanagar have unveiled a new centre dedicated to stroke.  

The new Bangalore Stroke Centre features 24/7 emergency neurology care and in-house diagnostic facilities including a Cath Lab, 160-slice CT, and 1.5T MRI.

The facility also offers thrombolysis within the critical 4.5-hour window and mechanical thrombectomy for complex cases.
