IHH Healthcare to fast-track shift to value-based care

The group monitors over 360 quality indicators across eight high-volume procedures.

IHH Healthcare has announced it will intensify efforts to transition from a traditional fee-for-service model to a value-based care model.

The group is leveraging its ‘Value-Driven Outcomes’ programme, which tracks over 360 quality indicators across eight high-volume procedures.

The move is designed to reduce unnecessary healthcare costs and optimise resources whilst maintaining high standards of medical care.

Meanwhile, the group conducted its 15th Annual General Meeting for the year ended 31 December 2024, where shareholders and their proxies voted to approve all 10 ordinary resolutions tabled.
