
Hoan My Sai Gon Hospital opens gastrointestinal centre in Vietnam
It features the latest Olympus EVIS X1 and Pentax endoscopy systems.
Vietnam’s Hoan My Sai Gon Hospital has launched an upgraded Gastrointestinal Centre, equipped with the latest Olympus EVIS X1 and Pentax endoscopy systems.
“This investment ensures that patients can access world-class medical systems supported by AI and advanced disinfection technology, optimising diagnosis, treatment, and safety outcomes,” said Nguyen Ngoc Bao Long, General Manager of Hoan My Sai Gon Hospital.
The centre also features the ISA Automated Endoscope Reprocessor, which uses single-shot technology to disinfect each endoscope with a fresh, dedicated solution for every cycle.
According to medical experts, liver, stomach, and colorectal cancers are amongst the five most common cancers in the country.
