Burjeel Holdings acquires Dubai’s Medeor 24x7 Hospital building for $46.3m

The facility previously had a lease commitment of $93.4m (AED 343m) over 15 years.

Burjeel Holdings PLC has acquired the Medeor 24x7 Hospital building in Dubai for $46.3m (AED 170m).

Previously, the facility was operated under a long-term lease agreement with a remaining fixed rental commitment of approximately $93.4m (AED 343m) over the next 15 years.

The purchase allows the group to expand, reconfigure, and diversify services without landlord restrictions.

The hospital, located near BurJuman, Bur Dubai, is a multi-speciality facility offering services including mother and childcare, congenital brain and spine surgeries, cardiology, pulmonology, urology, critical care, and gastroenterology.

The acquisition supports the group’s strategy to expand in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, where demand and growth potential are strong.
