Biloela Hospital redevelopment progresses in Queensland, Australia

Contractors have been appointed to oversee six new staff accommodation units.

Planning is underway for the Biloela Hospital redevelopment in Queensland, alongside efforts to attract the necessary workforce for the region, according to the Australian government.

Moreover, contractors have been appointed to oversee the construction of six new staff accommodation units on the hospital grounds.

The units will feature modern designs and amenities, including undercover parking, ramp access, internet connectivity, outdoor clotheslines, kitchenettes, and laundry facilities.

Each three-bedroom unit will also include a shared living area and ensuite bedrooms.

In addition to the accommodation project, upgrades to the hospital’s operating theatre and birthing suite have now been completed.
