The Australian government has announced the launch of “Queensland Health Our Performance”, a new hospital and health system performance website.

The platform offers quarterly data on services such as patient admissions, emergency department performance, elective surgeries, and specialist outpatient appointments.

It also covers new metrics such as ambulance arrivals at emergency departments, virtual specialist outpatient consultations, and additional maternity and cancer care data.

Moreover, new data sets on patient off-stretcher times (POST) will also include total numbers, along with statewide and hospital-specific figures.
