The initiative targets seamless integration with the existing hospital systems, particularly the billing processes. It facilitates real-time data exchange, significantly reducing the discharge turnaround time by 60%. This capability has reduced administrative bottlenecks, enhancing patient satisfaction and being able to accommodate more patients due to optimal bed turnover.

It also addresses the challenges in managing doctors’ professional fees, enhancing overall efficiency by reducing delays and wait times. This allows healthcare professionals to focus more on delivering quality patient care.

The adaptability of the Electronic Professional Fee System has positioned ManilaMed to explore additional digital solutions, such as electronic medical records, integrated inventory management systems, payment platforms, and data analytics, which can further improve healthcare delivery and organisational performance.
