FPT Long Chau Pharmacy secured the Digital Innovation of the Year - Vietnam category at the Healthcare Asia Pharma Awards 2025—a recognition for its Long Chau Pharmacy App.

The Long Chau Pharmacy App is an advanced healthcare platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI). It features innovative functionalities such as medication reminders, digital vaccination records, prescription history, and home delivery services, making health management more accessible and efficient.

Designed for seamless interaction with medical professionals, the app also offers an automated support system for health and product-related inquiries. Its comprehensive approach empowers users to take control of their health and enhances treatment outcomes.

One of the app’s most lauded innovations is its prescription recognition and medication reminder system, which boasts a 98% accuracy rate. This tool automates medication schedules according to treatment plans, significantly improving adherence and convenience.

Since its launch, the app has achieved over 5.5 million downloads, with 2.9 million orders processed in 2024 alone. Its popularity has made it the top-ranked free medical app on both Google Play and the Apple App Store, reflecting its widespread trust and utility.

A standout feature, the Digital Vaccination Record, has attracted more than 150,000 users, with 65% linking family members to their accounts. This feature has driven notable improvements in customer retention and revenue growth, with a 12% increase in retention and a 35% boost in revenue. Additionally, it has enhanced vaccination adherence by 20%, reduced errors by 98%, and saved an estimated VND2.4b annually by eliminating paper records.

On 13 December 2024, FPT Long Chau and the Centre for Research and Application of Population Data and Citizen Identification (RAR Center) under the C06 Department of the Ministry of Public Security announced the launch of FPT Long Chau Pharmacy's electronic verification service via VNeID. Starting 1 January 2025, customers can securely purchase medicine online from Long Chau Pharmacy through the VNeID application, enhancing trust in digital healthcare transactions.

Furthermore, FPT Long Chau operates over 2,000 pharmacies and vaccination centres across all 63 provinces in Vietnam, reaffirming its vital role in providing nationwide access to quality healthcare. The app currently serves more than 26 million customers and is recognised for its reliable service, competitive pricing, and high-quality, authentic products.
