One of last year's esteemed winners was Dr Der-Yang Cho of China Medical University Hospital (CMUH), who was named CEO of the Year for leading CMUH’s digital transformation and medical innovations that positioned the hospital as a global pioneer in smart, patient-centred healthcare.

“Thank you very much for this recognition for the China Medical University Hospital in Taiwan and Mainland China,” Cho said upon receiving his award, whilst expressing his gratitude for the hospital’s recognition in AI and digital transformation. “We also dedicate it to the team in charge of CAR-T therapy. In CAR-T therapy, we focus on allogeneic CAR-T therapy for solid tumours, now with approval by the U.S. FDA and Taiwan FDA. Thank you for giving us this recognition.”
