Mach7 enables public-private health data exchange
Its unified platform supports interoperability and rising demand for healthcare informatics in Asia Pacific.
Mach7 Technologies is responding to Asia Pacific’s growing demand for healthcare informatics with a platform built for interoperability and seamless data exchange.
“In Asia Pacific, we see a very growing demand for healthcare informatics, particularly when it comes to enterprise informatics,” said Sathyan Vaidyanathan, General Manager, APAC & ME, Mach7 Technologies, during the APHM conference co-located with The Health Industry Series – ASEAN 2025 in Malaysia.
He said regional diversity poses challenges, but also opportunity. “We have different countries, different languages, and different customs and ways of working… Being local here, we understand what is needed to be successful.”
Mach7’s competitive edge lies in offering integration and interoperability as standard features. “We have a lot of tech companies… selling cheap and giving black box solutions… sometimes missing very basic stuff like integration, interoperability,” he said. “When you buy our platform, we give all this as standard.”
A key focus is enabling real-time data exchange between private and public healthcare systems. “When patients move from one system to another, they end up doing repeat exams, and that is a burden on the system as well as the cost of care,” he noted. “Using our platform, we promote exchange of data between private and public healthcare enterprises.”
