AIX trains first responders using bleeding simulators
The smart training tool aims to improve bleed control response for EMTs, firefighters, and military teams.
AIX International is advancing medical training with a bleeding control simulator designed for first responders.
“Our company… provides medical simulation training products,” said Freddy Lin, Product Manager at AIX International Ltd., during Medical Taiwan 2025. “We can use the application to control which one can bleed, and we have at most five indicators… We record the total time, and we record how much we bleed.”
The simulator also measures applied pressure to ensure users meet critical thresholds during training. “For double bleeding, the most important thing is your press pressure,” Lin added. “Our customers like EMTs or firefighters or the army.”
However, adoption still faces challenges. “Some people, when they see this one, they're very… afraid,” Lin said. “So we need to introduce… and teach the people how to use this skill.”
