AHH’s Nova IVF Fertility enters Kerala with Craft Fertility acquisition
It plans to open 10 centres in 3–5 years
AHH-owned Nova IVF Fertility has acquired Craft Fertility, marking its entry into Kerala.
The partnership will lead to the launch of 10 centres across the state over the next 3 to 5 years, combining Nova’s scale with Craft’s clinical expertise to expand access to fertility care.
The collaboration will integrate advanced IVF labs, international care standards, and AI-driven embryology to improve treatment outcomes.
AHH Executive Chairman Vishal Bali said the deal gives Nova access to decades of expertise in reproductive medicine, whilst Craft’s Dr. C. Mohamed Ashraf highlighted Kerala’s falling fertility rate, around 1.35–1.7, as a key driver for the partnership.
Nova IVF CEO Shobhit Agarwal said the alliance will bring advanced technologies, including AI-based embryo selection, to patients as the company expands into 10 cities in the state.
India conducts an estimated 2.5–3 lakh IVF cycles annually, with growing adoption driven by advances such as embryo freezing, genetic testing, and personalised treatment protocols.
