King’s College Hospital deploys Da Vinci Xi for minimally invasive procedures

The system provides 3D visualisation and robotic instrumentation.

King’s College Hospital London, Dubai has introduced the Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system, adding a robotic platform to its surgical infrastructure, according to a LinkedIn post of the company.

The Da Vinci Xi system provides three-dimensional visualisation and flexible robotic instruments that allow access across complex anatomy. The platform supports minimally invasive surgical procedures, the hospital said.

The hospital said surgeons retain full control over procedures, with the robotic system used to assist clinical teams during operations rather than replace clinician involvement.
