Sunway Medical Centre, Samsung launch ‘Galaxy Watch8’ health package

Sunway Medical Centre Velocity has partnered with Samsung Malaysia Electronics Sdn Bhd to offer the ‘Galaxy Watch8 Health Screening Package’.

Priced at $392.06 (RM1,600), the package provides assessments aligned with the smartwatch’s health functions, including vascular load monitoring, irregular heart rate alerts, blood pressure and ECG monitoring, bedtime guidance, and carotenoid measurement.

It also includes radiology and diagnostic assessments, such as chest X-rays, abdominal and pelvic ultrasounds, pulmonary function tests, and stress tests.

Moreover, the package incorporates a lifestyle and wellness evaluation through a sleep quality questionnaire, followed by consultations with a medical officer and a dietitian.
