Philippines' St. Luke’s adds real-time discharge tracking to eHealth Hub

Patients can monitor clearance, billing and release stages.

Philippine-based St. Luke’s Medical Center has introduced a Patient Discharge Tracker within its eHealth Hub platform that lets patients track discharge progress in real time, according to an announcement.

The feature allows patients and their families to view key discharge milestones, including physician clearance, billing completion and final release, through a single digital interface during hospitalisation.

Patients can access the tracker via desktop or mobile devices using their existing eHealth Hub accounts, where completed and pending discharge stages are displayed throughout their hospital stay.

The discharge tracker expands the scope of St. Luke’s eHealth Hub, which also provides access to appointment management, laboratory results and bill payments through a unified patient portal.
