Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital pilots AI-based medical record solution

It will be rolled out to operating rooms, the emergency department, and inpatient wards.

Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital in South Korea has begun pilot operations of CMC GenNote, an AI-based medical record solution jointly developed with PuzzleAI.

The solution combines specialised microphones with a medical institution-optimised language model.

It allows clinicians to open documentation forms using voice commands and automatically generate structured electronic medical record entries by summarising spoken content.

The pilot is being conducted in designated outpatient departments and will gradually expand to key clinical areas such as operating rooms, the emergency department, and inpatient wards.
