New Research and Innovation Centre opens at Launceston General Hospital
The facility supports patient research, clinical trials, and clinical care improvements.
The Launceston General Hospital’s new Research and Innovation Centre has launched in Northern Tasmania.
The facility will support patient research, clinical trials, and improvements in clinical care at the hospital. It will also offer research and learning opportunities.
“It will help attract and retain world-class clinicians and researchers, which will further benefit both health services and our patients in the North and North West regions and beyond,” said Minister for Health, Mental Health and Wellbeing, Bridget Archer.
The centre is operated in partnership with the Clifford Craig Foundation.
